How do pickups work?

Select your preferred pickup option on page two of sign up. Confirm, modify, shop add-ons, or skip your order by Tuesday at 10 pm. Skipped orders can "double up" a box on the date of your choice.

Meet us at one of our Saturday markets in Rockville, Wheaton, Beltsville, or Upper Northwest DC for free pickup.

How does weekly ordering & pickup work?

Each box starts with our pick of the week, and you can swap items or add extras before every pickup. Sign in at gofarmhand.com/sign-in with your email or phone number and make your changes by Tuesday at 10pm the week of your pickup. If you don't change anything, you'll get our pick.

For Market Members, come to the market to shop, and skip when you're already stocked up. Credit remains on your account all season long.

What happens if I go on vacation/need to skip a week?

While we'd never advise skipping your veggies, we understand that life gets busy! Every week, you'll receive an alert when our harvest starts, with the option to “skip” by Tuesday at 10pm to opt out of the week's order.

Customizable box members can “double up” an order on the date of their choice. Market members' credit stays on your account for the 2027 season until you're ready to shop again (no skipping needed!).

Can I add on extras?

Of course! Members get priority access to local meats, eggs, dairy, and other fresh goods from our many vendors and artisan producers. Shop add-ons from the online shop by Tuesday at 10pm to be included in your upcoming order.
