We’ll gather in a tent adjacent to the Milk Lady Farmstand booth and cook with fresh market ingredients, ending with a farm-to-table meal.

In this class, you’ll learn how to prepare delicious collards that cook in under 18 minutes while keeping their flavor, color, and beautiful texture. We’ll also work with Lion’s Mane mushrooms, loved for their meaty texture and long-standing reputation as a brain-supporting mushroom.
