Wash kale and dry completely. Dry completely before seasoning to ensure crispiness
Place kale in a large bowl and toss lightly with seasonings
Lay kale flat on a baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd the kale. Bake at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes then rotate. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until crispy.
Cool for a few minutes then sprinkle parmesan.
Serve or store in an airtight container for one week.
