Kale Chips

Ingredients

  • Kale
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
  • Garlic powder
  • Parmesan

Directions

  • Remove large stems and chop kale into chunks
  • Wash kale and dry completely. Dry completely before seasoning to ensure crispiness
  • Place kale in a large bowl and toss lightly with seasonings
  • Lay kale flat on a baking sheet, making sure not to overcrowd the kale. Bake at 300 degrees F for 10 minutes then rotate. Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until crispy.
  • Cool for a few minutes then sprinkle parmesan.
  • Serve or store in an airtight container for one week.
