Mashed Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp butter (or ghee)
  • 5 roasted garlic cloves
  • 1/2 tsp salt and pepper

Instructions

  • While bringing a pot of water to a boil, chop the head of cauliflower into florets
  • Boil the florets for 10 minutes or until soft
  • Drain the cauliflower
  • Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender, then blend until smooth and creamy
  • Transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy
