Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs turnips, peeled and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 1/8 tsp ground sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tsp butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees P
- Toss turnips with olive oil, sage, salt, and pepper
- Roast for 30-35 minutes or until tender
- Remove from oven and then toss with butter and season to taste
NOTE: If you use Hakurei turnips, they are smaller, more tender, and can be roasted in 20 minutes.
