Salmon Burger

Ingredients

  • 20 oz salmon fillet, skinless and uncooked
  • 1/2 cup panko-style bread crumbs
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 pepper

Instructions

  • Roughly chop 3/4 of the salmon. Blend the remaining salmon until it forms a paste.
  • Add salmon and the remaining ingredients into a bowl and combine
  • Form into 4 patties
  • Chill in fridge for 15 minutes before cooking
  • Heat a skillet, grill, or air fryer to about 390-400 degrees F
  • Cook for 4 minutes on each side or until completely cooked through and the center feels firm
  • Serve on your favorite bun
